We access catalogs of private and public grant funding through funding databases, business connections, and lists serves to develop strong matches for grant applicants. This information is compiled and used for reference in planning grant writing and opportunities for your business or program.

While our core grant writing services focus on Federal and State grant agencies, we are well versed in all grant writing areas. We aim to work closely with you and your staff, as we complete your grant application, proposals, or letters of inquiry on a foundational level as well as leading in the process of writing and submission of of more technically involved government grants.  We ensure that no matter what level of funding you are seeking, we produce an application that meets the most rigorous of standards required by the granting agency.

We offer private coaching sessions focused on review of your self-written grant or proposal.  During these sessions, we offer suggestions and advice for grant proposals as well as insight as to why you may have scored low or not received funding in the past. Furthermore, these valuable sessions offer tips and strategy on what you can do to improve your grant or proposal in the future to be more competitive as you independently write for grant funding.

We offer ongoing contracts among our grant writing services. These six month or up to three-year agreements include an array of grant writing services. This means we are able to research grant opportunities, write highly competitive grant proposals, and participate in debriefs with organizations on rejected proposals. We work to build long-term relationships with organizations following a successful grant or proposal submission. With these contracts, we act as much more than a writer. We serve as consultants to help ensure the long-term success of each awarded grant program.

After a private or federal grant award is announced, the recipient moves into the next phase of their grant award cycle; which may come with new challenges. Grant award winners are not tasked with management of  the grant award, which includes preparing to track and report on how they have spent the funds, program or grant implementation, managing grant partnerships, overseeing complex budgets, keeping up with numerous detailed purchase orders, hiring and training staff, tracking program or grant performance metrics, and more tasks.  We offer grant support contracts as well as external evaluator contracts.  These six month or up to three-year agreements include an array of supportive services in an effort to support our clients throughout their grant award journey.  Our goal is to assist you in operating in full legal capacity which leads to a successful program evaluation and continued funding.
